I have really enjoyed these videos about some of the great song writers of our faith. They give us a better understanding of the songs we sing and also a small glimpse into the way that God miraculously changes lives.

Here I am in New Hampshire, USA. and writing some hymn histories for a gospel concert my husband and I are playing at a prison this weekend.
Enjoyed the Charlotte Elliott video, and used some of the info for my presentation. I love hymn and hymnwriter video.

There is a series of these videos about several hymn writers produced by Mars Hill Church in Seattle. You can download them from their website (marshillchurch.org) or see them on their YouTube channel (mhcseattle). They're really well done and quite informative.
